Located on the 4th floor of a calm and secure residence (no elevator – cardio included 🏋️), this bright, open apartment is designed to accommodate up to 3 guests.
The apartment includes: An open-plan kitchen fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine, and kettle.
A living room with a dining area and a cozy lounge space equipped with a Smart TV.
A bedroom with a dresser and a Queen Size bed (160x200cm).
A bathroom with an Italian-style shower and hairdryer.
Separate WC.
Wellness enthusiasts will appreciate the yoga mat, strap, and two blocks available for your sessions. ✅ Included: Bed and bath linens, free WiFi, Smart TV,Washing machine .
There is also a parking spot in the private lot shared by the residence (spaces are not guaranteed as they are not assigned). ⚠️ Note: Breakfast is not included, but the kitchen is fully equipped for your culinary creations! ⚠️ Be respectful: Noise must be limited between 10 PM and 7 AM.
Parties are strictly prohibited.
Non-compliance may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement and withholding of the deposit. ## Access As our guest, you’ll have access to all parts of the apartment. 🏠 🚘 Parking: Shared parking space in the private lot of the residence (spaces are not assigned and availability cannot be guaranteed).
Street parking options: Paid parking from 9 AM to 12 PM and 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays).
