The building has no elevator – the apartment is located on the first floor.

Please note that the accommodation is located in Taormina's historic center, which is a traffic-restricted area: you will need to leave your car in one of the city's three main parking lots. The closest one is "Parcheggio Lumbi," a 15-minute walk from the property.


The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.


We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival.


To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax.

We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 6/10/2022 n.383).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings.

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

In the heart of Taormina stands I Naviganti, a charming holiday home steeped in history and romance. Built in the 1960s, it was the love nest of Pancrazio and his beloved Peggie.


As a young man, Pancrazio left Taormina for England, where he worked as a butler for Viscount David Beatty, Admiral of the British Navy. It was there that he met Peggie, a young Scottish maid from Glasgow. Their love blossomed amidst grand receptions and travels around the world in the service of Admiral Beatty. When they retired, they chose to settle in Taormina, Pancrazio’s hometown, to build their dream home together.


Today, inside the house, you can admire photographs from their travels and details inspired by British culture, which blend beautifully with the breathtaking view over the city and the sea.
