LAUNDRY • Located on second floor with stackable washer & dryer • Starter detergent pods provided Rooftop Deck Unwind in your private rooftop oasis featuring lounge seating, fire table, tv, and a relaxing hot tub, a true Newport moment made for golden-hour photos.
Kitchen & Dining • The custom kitchen features high-end Viking appliances, a traditional coffee maker & Keurig machine, toaster oven, and all essential cookware. • Kitchen island seating for 4 • Dining table for 8 • Outdoor patio dining table for 2 Living Area The open-concept living space invites relaxation with a Smart TV, gas fireplace, and coastal furnishings that blend style and comfort.
It is the perfect space for movie nights or board games after a day in the sun.
Parking • 1 carport space (best for a compact vehicle) • Additional street parking available ️ TRASH • Trash collection is Monday.
Please place all trash in bins Sunday evening for pickup.
BEACH ESSENTIALS • 10 beach chairs • 1 beach umbrella • 1 cooler • 1 beach cart • 10 beach towels SECURITY CAMERAS • For safety and property protection, one exterior camera is located in the carport facing the alley & one Ring Doorbell camera is recording 24/7. • No functional interior cameras are present. ♀️ MAINTENANCE • The hot tub is professionally serviced on Wednesdays. • The vendor will need access through the property to perform maintenance.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT • Check-in: 10:00 AM • Check-out: 4:00 PM • A personalized smart-lock code will be provided before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in. ⏰ Early check-ins are subject to availability and can only be confirmed the day before your arrival.
If available, an automatic message will be sent to you with the option to confirm.
A $100 early check-in fee will apply.
We do not offer late check-out.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE • Guests must be 25 years or older to rent • No parties, large gatherings, or events permitted • Guests are responsible for any fines issued for noise or disturbance • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM (strictly enforced) • No refunds for weather-related or personal matters.
