Please place all trash in bins Sunday evening for pickup. SECURITY CAMERAS • For safety and property protection, one exterior camera is located in the carport facing the alley & one Ring Doorbell camera is recording 24/7. • No functional interior cameras are present. ‍♀️ MAINTENANCE • The hot tub is professionally serviced on Wednesdays. • The vendor will need access through the property to perform maintenance. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT • Check-in: 10:00 AM • Check-out: 4:00 PM • A personalized smart-lock code will be provided before arrival for a smooth, contactless check-in. ⏰ Early check-ins are subject to availability and can only be confirmed the day before your arrival.
