KITCHEN:
The kitchen comes fully stocked with cooking & dining essentials, Keurig & traditional coffee pot, complimentary coffee, & toaster oven. The custom kitchen boasts all high end, Viking appliances.
DINING SPACE:
Inside, you will find bar seating at the island for 4 people, with an 8 person dining table on the first floor patio. The rooftop deck offers a 4 person hightop bar.
LIVING SPACE:
The open concept living room creates a comfortable, airy space to relax & watch a movie, play board games, or chat with your loved ones. The smart tv, gas fireplace, and gorgeous furniture are the perfect amenities to make this the ultimate hangout room.
LAUNDRY:
2nd floor, stackable washer & dryer with complimentary laundry detergent
ACCESS:
You will receive a unique front door code that will activate at checkin time & deactivate at checkout time. No physical keys will be distributed. This allows for a smooth, contactless checkin process.
PARKING:
2 parking spots are available for guest use (carport & garage). Please note, parking spot is tight so it is recommended to bring a small car.
There is public parking on our street.
TRASH:
All trash must be contained in the provided trash containers and not in the public view.
Trash collection day is Monday, so trash can need to be put out Sunday evenings to ensure trash is picked up.
SECURITY CAMERAS:
Exterior camera is in the parking carport and angled at the alley. All other cameras are non-functioning. No working interior cameras.
MAINTENANCE:
Hot tub is serviced Mondays and Thursdays by a vendor who has to access inside the unit.

Checkin - 10am
Checkout - 4pm
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:
-No refunds will be given for weather-related or personal matters. We strongly suggest purchasing travel insurance prior to taking your trip.
-Must sign rental agreement

-Must be 25 years of age to rent
-No parties, large gatherings, or events allowed on property
-Must abide by quiet hours from 10pm to 10am
-Must provide license plate number of vehicle being parked on property
