Outdoor Living: • Heated pool & hot tub (seasonal April–October) with loungers & fenced yard • Cabana with bar seating and outdoor lounge area • Outdoor dining space with BBQ grill • Outdoor shower for easy beach rinse-offs Laundry: • Located on the first floor • Washer, dryer & starter detergent pods provided BEACH ESSENTIALS • 15 beach chairs • 1 beach umbrella • 1 cooler • 1 beach cart • 15 pool towels • 15 beach tags (Memorial Day - Labor Day) Parking: • On-site parking for up to 5 vehicles ️ Trash: • Trash collection: Thursday • Please place all trash in outdoor cans on Wednesday evening for pickup Security Cameras: • We have 4 security cameras on the exterior of the home. • Two are located in the back, overlooking the pool/hot tub and dining space • One overlooks the front door and driveway • One overlooks the covered patio space in the front of the home • Cameras operate 24/7 for safety and property protection.
Check-in & check-out: • Check-in: 5:00 PM • Check-out: 10:00 AM • A personalized smart-lock code will be provided before arrival for smooth, contactless entry. ⏰ Early check-ins are subject to availability and can only be confirmed the day before your arrival.
If available, an automatic message will be sent to you with the option to confirm.
A $100 early check-in fee will apply.
We do not offer late check-out.
Important to Note: • No refunds for weather-related or personal matters.
