The cottage "Chalet Beaux Pins" is located on the ground floor of the owners' house.

Independent access possible from the upper part of the chalet via two external staircases or from the road below the ground to the private outdoor space.

The apartment, decorated with care and very well equipped, consists of a spacious living room with integrated kitchen, dining area and relaxation area; 2 bedrooms (a 160*200cm bed and 2 twin 90*200cm beds) each with its private bathroom; Independent and private WC.

Private terrace and lawned areas facing south offering magnificent views of the entire Briançon area as well as the peaks and slopes of Serre-Chevalier. 2 sheltered and private parking spaces available.
