In the heart of the Vallouise valley, facing the mountains, spacious gîte on two levels, with adjoining and private outdoor space arranged in the shade of the walnut tree, in a building comprising another gîte on the ground floor and adjoining the owner's home.
The gîte is ideally located on the outskirts of the village of Vallouise, 3 km from the family resort of Pelvoux, close to many possibilities for discovery and outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, Nordic skiing, downhill skiing, discovery of the fauna and flora of the Ecrins and the historical heritage of the valley.
On the ground floor: independent entrance on one level, large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, dining area, lounge area with balcony and shower room/WC.
Upstairs: three bedrooms (1 double bed 160*200cm and 4 twin single beds 80*200cm), two of which have a shared balcony and shower room/WC.
One covered parking space and others uncovered.
