Independent chalet located near the resort-village of Abriès, arranged on 2 levels with large private grounds.
In a mountain atmosphere favoring comfort and quality of equipment, the cottage is located in an exceptional mountain environment.
The living room, located on the upper floor of the building, offers a clear view of the valley and the surrounding mountains thanks to a south-facing bay window with access to the balcony.
The living room has a pleasant dining area, a comfortable lounge area around the fireplace (wood is provided) and a fully equipped open kitchen.
On the same level a small bedroom with a single bed 90 x 190 cm, a separate toilet and a storage space.
On the ground floor, you will have three bedrooms (2 double beds 140 x 190 cm and 1 single bed), one of which has a private shower room-WC and 2 others with a shared shower room-WC.
One of the bedrooms has direct access to the terrace.
On the same level, a storage room is equipped with a washing machine.
Sheets are provided, baby equipment is available (bed and chair).
Optional cleaning service available at the end of the stay.
From the cottage, many possibilities for outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, exploring the Queyras Regional Park, in winter, possibility of access to the downhill ski slopes 400 m away and Nordic ski slopes 100 m away.
The private grounds are equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue.
