A nice little cottage on the floor of the House of the owner where dominates the stone and wood in the heart of a mountain hamlet with a magnificent view on the mountains.
Located on the heights of the Dauphiné, at the entrance to the Valley of Champsaur, at the gates of the Parc National des Ecrins, it has an ideal location to discover the territory.
The cottage has a private entrance by balcony on the 1st floor with terrace.
Living room with sitting area (poss. sleeping for 2 pers), TV, channels Canal Sat, Wi - Fi access, dining area, kitchen incorporated (dishwasher, m-wave, washing machine).
A large bedroom with a double bed.
Shower room - WC.
Electric heating and wood burning stove.
Baby equipment on request, possibility to rent bed linen.

Laye family station is 2 kms and the cottage is situated at the start of the hiking trails, and 800 m from the Golf of Gap Bayard and its site of cross-country winter.
