The “L’Ecrin de Charance” gîte is located in an independent house and is made up of three levels.

The entrance is directly to the 1st floor via an exterior staircase opening onto a large living room comprising three differentiated entities: integrated kitchen, dining room and lounge area; a bathroom as well as an independent and private toilet.

On the 2nd floor: a double bedroom and two bedrooms each offering two single bunk beds; an independent and private WC as well as a furnished balcony with a view of the Gapençais basin.

On the ground floor: laundry room, games room (billiards, ping-pong table), terrace and enclosed garden both facing south, spa for 6 people with a view of the Pic and the Château de Charance for a relaxing break.

Available for the happiness of the little ones: swing, slide, trampoline and various accessories.

Heating by oil boiler and wood stove in the living room on the 1st floor.
