In a wooded and quiet residential area, the "Gîte des Lilas" is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house including another accommodation on the 1st floor.
Access by common stairwell.
Spacious living room with equipped kitchen, dining area, relaxation area and small balcony; 3 bedrooms with TV with view of the surrounding mountains (2 double bedrooms (160 * 200cm) and one bedroom with 2 single beds); shower room and WC.
On the garden level, private outdoor space on the left side of the house facing south with garden furniture and gas plancha.
Electric heating and reversible air conditioning in the main room. 22m² garage available for parking a vehicle or serving as equipment room (any vehicle less than 3.90m in length), street parking or public parking 10m free.
