Pet-Friendly Accommodation We welcome small, well-behaved pets! If you’re planning to bring your pet, please let us know in advance, as there is an additional cleaning fee for pets.
Please note: Pets are not allowed to roam freely in the garden or communal areas.

FAMILY FACILITIES A travel cot with bedding is provided for an additional fee (subject to availability) .
Guests are welcome to make use of the additional facility however I politely ask that the travel cot is set up and then returned back to its original place of storage before you check out.

CHECK IN / CHECK OUT Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
We offer early check-in to ensure convenience for our guests.

ADDITIONAL We operate a strict no party policy and please respect my neighbors by keeping tv, voice and music very low after 10pm.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog).
Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card.
During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided.
If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
