To collect the keys to enter the apartment, you will need to make your way to the underground carpark. When you get to the gate, you will see various key safe boxes on your left. Exit your car and you will see two key safe boxes with “HPA 1” and “HPA 2” on them. Open “HPA 1” by pulling the black cover down, changing the code to the code sent on the check in message.
Once in the carpark, there is a designated parking space is number.
PLEASE ENSURE YOU LEAVE THE PARKING PERMIT IN CLEAR VIEW WHEN LEAVING YOUR CAR. THE CARPARK IS MONITORED AND FAILURE TO SHOW THE PARKING PERMIT MAY RESULT IN PARKING CHARGES / PARKING FINE.
