This beautiful 1 bedroom apartment is located in the centre of Birmingham within a new development. The stylish interior is beautifully finished, featuring floor to ceiling windows, modern furnishings and all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay in the city. You are just a 10 minute walk from New Street train station and only a 2 minute walk from the coach station. 
There is free Wi-Fi as well as linen, towels and toiletries, which are provided at the beginning of your stay.
This modern and spacious apartment has been finished to a high standard, combining stylish interiors with everyday comfort. Floor-to-ceiling windows brighten the space, creating a light and airy feel throughout. The open-plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals at home, a large sofa, dining table, and a TV for relaxing evenings in. High-speed WiFi is available throughout the apartment.
The double bedroom features a full-length window, plenty of storage space, and a comfortable bed dressed in crisp hotel-quality linen. The modern bathroom has a shower-over-bath, toilet, and sink, complete with complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels. Guests also have access to a communal roof terrace during their stay.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable in addition to late check-in fee.
Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.
For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
