Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the contemporary interior with natural light, while the private balcony provides a relaxing outdoor space.
With a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV with Netflix, high-speed Wi-Fi and access to a communal gym, it’s a well-equipped base for exploring York. Guests have sole access to the property. The kitchen is equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Hairdryer, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available. Please note you must confirm your check-in time at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information. Pets: Not allowed.

Very nice stay on walking distance (via the Roman city walls) of the city center with a gated parking spot. Good coffee and a supermarket around the corner.
