A bright and modern 1 bedroom apartment set within a quiet development in central Preston.
The stylish interior has been finished with modern appliances and furnishings, and has more than enough space for up to 4 guests (with use of the sofa bed) to enjoy a comfortable stay in a home away from home.
Located in the heart of the city just a short walk from the shops restaurants and bars, this is the ideal base for your stay in Preston. Guests have sole access to the property. The sofa in the living space can be converted to a bed sleeping up to 2 guests (more comfortable for 1, or 2 children) that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking). Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information Pets: Not allowed.
