Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 230 m² chalet with lake and mountain views, which can accommodate up to 14 guests, for rent in Gérardmer. It has a lovely 75 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a garden of around 2,500 m². Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!
The chalet is divided as follows:
Ground floor (the rooms are separate from the main chalet)
- Bedroom 1 (master): 2 single beds (90x200), bathroom with shower, WC and dressing room
- Bedroom 2: double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, WC and a relaxation area with a tennis table
1st floor:
- 75 m² living room with TV, sofas, armchairs, fireplace (wood not provided) and dining area
- Fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge and freezer
- Separate WC
- Bedroom 3 (master): 2 single beds (90x200), bathroom with shower, bath and WC
2nd floor (mezzanine room)
- Bedroom 4: 2 single beds (90x200) joined together
- Bedroom 5: 2 single beds (90x200) glued together
- Bedroom 6: 2 single beds (90x200) with a built-in mezzanine with 2 single beds (90x200)
- Bathroom with bath, shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- A lovely 2,500 m² private enclosed garden, a 20 m² terrace with furniture (only available in summer) to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Gérardmer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market.
Activities :
- The centre is a 5-minute walk away
- Hiking trails at the foot of the chalet
- Lake Gerardmer is a 15-minute walk away
- Mausselaine ski resort is a 20-minute walk away

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park (5 vehicles) as well as in the closed covered garage (1 vehicle).
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Remiremont station 30 minutes away and Saint-Dié-des-Vosges station 35 minutes away
- Basel airport 1h30 away

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
