Cocoonr offers you this charming 100 m² house in Pavant, which can accommodate up to 8 people.
It comprises a pretty 35 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three good bedrooms, a shower room and a 200 m² garden.
Wifi 7 (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! Important note: The maximum capacity includes all people, including babies and children.
The accommodation comprises - A 35 m² living room with TV, sofa and dining area - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Shower room with massage shower and WC - Access to a 4 m² balcony First floor - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140x190), a single bed (90×200) and a cot - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140x190) and a folding bed (80×190) - Bedroom 3: a double bed (140x190) - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, changing table, iron and ironing board.
Outside: - A 16 m² terrace and a 200 m² enclosed garden (not private) with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Pavant, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : Paul and Camille Claudel Museum Fère-en-Tardenois castle The American cemetery and memorial Côte 204 American Monument Belleau German Cemetery The Belleau Remembrance Museum (1914-1918) The medieval castle of Château-Thierry Château de Condé Jean de La Fontaine Museum Hôtel-Dieu Treasury Museum The Cité internationale de la langue française Disneyland Paris is 40 minutes away by car Public transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Saâcy-sur-Marne train station, 12 minutes away by car - Paris-Charles de Gaulle airport, around 70 km away Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included. - Pets accepted, for a supplement of €15/stay (only one pet accepted), please specify when booking. - Surveillance cameras in the house car park. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.
