The house is situated in a quiet and well-served area, approximately 700 meters from the seafront of Santa Maria di Leuca.


The main seafront, with its shops, restaurants, and cafes, is within walking distance (about 10 minutes). Casa Leviche offers the opportunity to explore the area without the need for long trips.


THE HOUSE


Casa Leviche is a spacious 150 sqm property, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 5 people (up to 6 or 7 using the sofa bed). It is spread over two floors and offers large and functional spaces.


Ground Floor


The ground floor hosts the living area, which includes

-Modern and air-conditioned living room/entrance, with a dining table, TV corner (40"), and a comfortable sofa bed.

-Kitchenette with a fully equipped cooking area, electric oven, coffee machine, and all the necessary utensils for preparing excellent meals.

-Full bathroom with shower box (no bidet).


First Floor


The upper floor, accessible via a comfortable staircase, hosts the sleeping area and includes

-Air-conditioned master bedroom, spacious and bright, with a balcony equipped with a sea view and views of the surrounding nature.

-A bedroom with three single beds, also air-conditioned.

-Full bathroom with shower box and washing machine.


Additionally, Casa Leviche has a spacious outdoor veranda, equipped with a table and an electric awning, where you can enjoy outdoor meals in complete tranquility.


Finally, guests can use a convenient private garage located in the basement, as well as free parking available along the road nearby.

In addition to the numerous historic villas that tell the fascinating history of the area, the region offers unmissable sites that represent a true journey through time and nature. These include the impressive monumental staircase that connects the marina area to the Pontifical Basilica (also known as Finibus Terrae) and the majestic Lighthouse, the second tallest in Europe, a true symbol of the town.


Another interesting point is Punta Ristola, a charming rocky promontory overlooking the sea, symbolically marking the boundary between the Ionian and Adriatic seas, offering one of the most picturesque panoramas of the area. The view from Punta Ristola is spectacular, especially at sunset, when the colors of the sky reflect on the water.


Finally, the Leuca coastline is famous for its fascinating natural sea caves, some of which can be reached by swimming, but for a more comfortable and panoramic visit, boat excursions with BLUEMARINE and SEASALENTO are recommended. Some of the most famous caves include

-Grotta Porcinara: An ancient place of worship for the ancient Messapians, where inscriptions in various languages can still be admired, evidence of thanks and prayers to the gods.

-Le Tre Porte: The most photographed site in Leuca, where the waves crash, creating a unique natural spectacle.

-Grotta del Diavolo: Famous for its depth and the numerous archaeological finds dating back to the Neolithic period that have been discovered inside.
