Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 250 m² house in La Trinité-sur-Mer with swimming pool (depending on opening date) and wifi, which can accommodate up to 10 guests.
It comprises a lovely 65 m² living room (with fireplace), fully equipped kitchen, five beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms (3 shower rooms and one bathroom with bath and shower) and a garden of around 250 m².
Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is as follows: Ground floor: - A 65 m² living room with TV, fireplace (wood not provided) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Two adjoining bedrooms.
The small bedroom with the 2 single beds is open and has no door leading to the bedroom with the queen-size bed (160x200). - Bathroom with whirlpool bath and shower - Two separate WCs On the first floor: - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite shower room. - One bedroom with two single beds - One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) - One bathroom with shower - A separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Outside : - A swimming pool (private, heated) open from 13 June 2026 to 17 September 2026. - A beautiful 250 m² garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather Nestling in the heart of Quiberon Bay, La Trinité-sur-Mer offers the authenticity of a Breton village facing the Gulf of Morbihan.
The accommodation is the ideal place to experience local customs at first hand: sample freshly caught seafood, stroll along the harbour and take in the maritime scenery.
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided.
On site, you will be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specialising in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.
Optional independent arrival: Access to the accommodation is from 5pm.
The house has secure code access.

Villa spacieuse bien décoré, emplacement proche du port à pied et secteur calme. Bonne accueille et communication de l'agence Cocoonr et merci du cadeau de bienvenue. Bonne literie et bien équipés, nous avons beaucoup appréciés la piscine durant notre séjour ensoleillé. Nous recommandons cette prestation qui accepte les petits chiens.
