## Space Ideally located in the heart of Le Havre, within one of the iconic buildings designed by architect Auguste Perret (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), you can discover all the magic of Le Havre on foot.
You will be staying right in front of the stunning Notre-Dame Cathedral, just 300 meters from the beach, 200 meters from the town hall, and surrounded by gourmet shops.
This superb apartment will charm you with its cozy decor, shared parking, and breathtaking view of the Notre-Dame Cathedral.
The apartment is on the first floor of a quiet and secure building without an elevator.
Inside, everything has been thoughtfully arranged to make you feel at home.
This T1 studio is designed for 2 people and includes: An entrance with a dressing area.
A spacious bedroom/living area featuring a high-quality queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a small lounge area, a dining table, and a Smart TV with Netflix.
A separate, fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven/microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.) for cooking delicious meals.
A bathroom with a shower and washing machine.
The apartment is bright, peaceful, and has no direct view from neighbors.
A parking spot within the shared parking lot is available; however, as spaces are non-assigned, we cannot guarantee a spot during your stay.
Provided during your stay: bed linens, towels, free WiFi, Smart TV, washing machine, etc.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.
RESPECT THE RULES: To ensure respect for the neighborhood, please limit noise between 10 PM and 7 AM.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited in the apartment.
In case of rule violations, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement immediately and apply the security deposit in case of damages or disturbances. ## Access During your stay, you will have full access to all parts of the apartment.
Parking around the property is paid from 9 AM to 12 PM, then from 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays).
Free parking is available in the city for electric vehicles.
Heading to the beach? Parking there is free for all! The tram and buses are also convenient options for exploring the city.
Closest underground parking lot: Les Halles (Volcan) – €6.90 for 12 hours, then €0.10/15 mins extra. 7-day pass: €23. ## Interaction 🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option.
We remain available to assist you with any requests throughout your stay. 📖 A personalized digital welcome guide will be sent to you before your arrival, including essential information about the accommodation (contact details, check-in instructions, WiFi, check-out rules, etc.), as well as our best local recommendations: restaurants, activities, markets, hidden gems to discover, and more. ⚠️ To allow us to prepare your stay with the care you deserve, please inform your host of your estimated arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. ## Neighborhood The apartment is ideally located in the city center in a quiet residence, close to shops, the cruise port, the beach, the casino, and Le Havre's main attractions.
For grocery shopping, food lovers will be delighted by "Les Halles," located less than 100 meters away, as well as the shops along Rue de Paris, just outside the building.
