## Space Luxury apartment with balcony/terrace, parking, and panoramic sea view! Ideally located along Boulevard Albert 1er, this magnificent apartment is situated in the most sought-after neighborhood of Le Havre.
You can discover all the magic of the city of Le Havre (UNESCO World Heritage-listed architecture).
You will stay at the foot of the beach, 200 meters from the famous MuMa museum, 300 meters from the Town Hall, and close to food markets.
The apartment is accessible to people with reduced mobility (PMR).
It is located on the 1st floor (with elevator) of a quiet and secure building.
Inside, everything has been designed to make you feel at home.
Designed for 4 people, the apartment is arranged as follows: A fully equipped independent kitchen (fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, washing machine, etc.) allowing you to cook delicious meals.
A living room with a lounge/dining area that opens directly onto a balcony/terrace equipped with a splendid sea view.
It also features a Smart TV, allowing you to log into your Netflix, Prime, etc.
A bedroom with a dressing room, equipped with a high-quality Queen-size bed (160x200 cm), leading to a beautiful terrace facing the courtyard.
A second bedroom with a double bed (140x200 cm) and a dressing room.
A large bathroom with a shower and WC.
A travel cot (linen not included) and high chair can be provided upon request, €10 per night.
This is the ideal place for professionals wishing to work remotely, as the apartment is equipped with ultra-high-speed fiber internet.
A private parking space is available within the residence.
Please note: Breakfast is not included in the rental.

No party events will be tolerated within the property.
In case of non-compliance with the house rules, we reserve the right to immediately cancel the rental agreement and activate the security deposit in case of disturbances or damages. ## Access When staying with us, you will have access to all parts of the accommodation.
Parking is paid around the property from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 2 PM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (free on Sundays and public holidays).
Free parking in the city is available for all electric vehicles.
Want to take a little walk to the beach? Parking is free for everyone! The tram and buses are also a great way to get around and explore the city.
The closest underground parking to the property is La Plage and Les Halles (Volcan) - 6.90 euros for 12 hours, then 0.10€/15 min extra. 7-day package: 23 euros. ## Interaction 🤝 We can welcome you personally between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM (by prior appointment) or offer a self check-in option.

Heerlijke bedden, goede voorzieningen en een prachtig uitzicht. Daarnaast ooo prima restaurants en halle centrale op loopafstand!
Het gebrek aan goede gordijnen vanwege de lantaarnpalen aan de straat. De ietwat krappe bank, waardoor je s avond niet even lekker onderuit gezakt kon bijkomen van een dag wandelen.
