It has two double bedrooms with two bathrooms and 3 toilets.
Overlooking the lively port of Saint Martin de Ré, the historic capital, you will have a front row seat to the activity of the Island while enjoying the beauty of the tides and sunsets over the Port.
With its fully equipped American kitchen, you can create your own “home” during your "Retais" stay. A pull out sofa is available in the living room for two children under 12 or a teenager Nearest car parking: Vauban or Place de la République (paying) Free parking: la Cible Nearest beach: Plage de la Cible Bicycle parking: rings in the town of Saint Martin (no bicycle garage possible in the building) In addition : Household linen package (30 euros per person) : beds made upon arrival, two bath towels per person - bath mats and kitchen rags

Very nice property in perfect position. Comfortable beds and ideal furnishings. Our only disappointment, particularly on our first night (Wednesday) was the incredible noise made by the rubbish collection through the night.
