- 15 minutes' walk from an “Intermarché SUPER” (supermarket) and an “INTERSPORT - GERARDMER” (ski rental) ;
- 5 minutes by car from the city center, ski slopes and lake for peaceful moments in the heart of nature;
- 10 minutes by car from Gérardmer's bowling alley and swimming pool.

Positive:
Ruhige Lage, genügend Platz für 4 Personen, alles Nötige vorhanden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut.
Negative:
Man muss in der Badewanne (ohne Duschtrennwand) duschen. Da könnte man den Komfort noch verbessern.
Das Schlafzimmer ist nur durch das Zwischenzimmer (zweiter Schlafbereich) erreichbar.
