Located on 4th floor without lift, the accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist or professional stay. In all it has a capacity of reception of two people. You will have everything at your disposal to spend an excellent stay: Coffee machine, Oven, Television, Washing machine, Kettle, Toaster and Air Conditioning.

You will have a balcony to relax while enjoying the view and the sun in summer. The studio will be very appreciated for its proximity to the favorite places of the locals. It is a 5 minute walk to the Juan les Pins Beach and a 7 minute walk to the Casino De Juan Les Pins. A SPAR is located at 1 min walk from the apartment and a Carrefour City is at 8 min walk. The area is quiet and you can also enjoy the richness of the region and understand why the French Riviera is so coveted.
