NOTE: In order to maintain transparent communication with our guests, we inform you that works on the rooftop of Casa Rio will resume from June 9, 2025. In addition, it is only 5 minutes from the charming Praia do Leme and 11 minutes from the Cardeal Arcoverde Metro Station, which facilitates access to other attractions in Rio de Janeiro. The space also offers amenities that go beyond what is expected, including a coworking area, ideal for those who need to combine leisure and work, and a practical smart market, ensuring quick access to essential items without leaving the condominium.

For your convenience, there is also a 1-volume locker and a changing room, with a shower and toilet, both available free of charge to guests, as well as a 24-hour reception.

After 8pm, access should only be via Rua Princesa Isabel, 7. ⚠️ The sockets in the accommodation are 220V.

Notebooks and cell phone chargers are bivolts (we recommend checking before use). ⚠️ The tenant must provide a list with the full names and identity documents of all the people who will be staying in the apartment during the stay, respecting the maximum number of people established in the reservation.

People who are not on the provided list cannot enter the building. ⚠️ The stay in the space is exclusive for the registered guests, and the entry of other people is not allowed. ⚠️ Separate organic waste from recyclable waste, disposing of them in different garbage bags. ⚠️ Use the service entrance and elevator when you have luggage or beach clothes. ⚠️ Our check-in is from 3pm and our check-out is before 11am.

If you want to guarantee early check-in or late check-out, check availability. ⚠️ For each reservation we provide 1 set of bed linen per bed and 1 set of bath linen per guest.

Bed and bath linen change services can be contracted and paid separately.
