Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 120 m² house with jacuzzi and mountain views, which can accommodate up to 8 guests, for rent in Gérardmer. It has a lovely 45 m² living room with pellet stove, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, two shower rooms and a 1,200 m² garden. Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:
- 45 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area and pellet stove
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
First floor:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (140×200)
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140×200)
- Cellar with fridge and washing machine
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior:
- A 70 m² terrace with a Nordic bath for 8 people (available all year round) and a brazier.
- A second, south-facing terrace of 45 m², with furniture for enjoying fine weather.
- A lovely 1,200 m² unenclosed garden with views of the mountains and Vosges fir forests.
The house is ideally located in Gérardmer, in a very pleasant environment. You'll enjoy close proximity to all the essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot (2 vehicles) or in front of the house (2 additional vehicles).
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Remiremont, approx. 26 km away
- Nearest airport: Strasbourg approx. 111 km; Bale-Mulhouse approx. 97 km
Other remarks :
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Pellets for the stove and wood for the Nordic bath/brasero are provided.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The house is equipped with exterior cameras aimed at the entrance and parking area for security purposes.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
To ensure that your stay is as pleasant and comfortable as possible, this accommodation is managed in partnership with the Book&Pay team (ad management and reservations service) and a local concierge.
