+ Bus no. 1, 300 metres from the building on Rue de la République, runs between the city centre/train station and the accommodation
+ By train: 10 mins by bus from the station (line 1).

⏰ Check-in is available daily from 4pm to 9pm.
After 9pm, if a self-check-in solution cannot be arranged, a surcharge of €20 will apply.
If the accommodation is available earlier, we’d be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.
Similarly, on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be permitted if the accommodation is not being taken over that same evening.
🧳 To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly recommend using the “Lockin” luggage storage facility at 2 Rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety

appartement superbe situation a 12 minutes a pied de, le vieux Annecy pendant le marche de noël sans prendre la voiture car le parking souterrain c'est royal. un grand merci a Mr Oun pour ca gentillesse et son professionnalisme

Exceptionnel apparemment ! Rien à dire sur la propreté et sur les équipements des lieux. De plus la place de parking privative au sous-sol est un vrai bonheur !

Tout était impeccable. L'appartement était neuf. Nous avons même.deballé des oreillers et couettes pour dormir sur le divan-lit.
Negative:
Qu'il n'y ait pas de savon dans la.pompe.a.savon de la salle de bain. Ni de savon pour le lave vaisselle, ni pour la lessive (vêtements).
