Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this charming 90 m² house with swimming pool in Baudinard-sur-Verdon to rent for up to 6 people.
It has a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a garden of around 1,800 m².
Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises - A 40 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided) - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 2: with a queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: with two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed - Bathroom with shower - Separate WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A private, unheated swimming pool (8x4m), open from 1 May to 30 September, non-contractual dates subject to weather conditions. - A lovely 1,800 m² unfenced garden - A 12 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather The house is ideally located in Baudinard-sur-Verdon, in very pleasant surroundings.
All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities : - Lake Sainte Croix - Gorges du Verdon - Hiking trails - Grand Canyon - Numerous craft markets in season - Beautiful surrounding villages: Tourtour, Sillans la cascade, Moustier Sainte Marie...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Monosque station, about 1 hour's drive away. - Nearest airport: Marseille Provence airport, about 1h30min by car Other information : - Bed linen and towels included - Swimming pool: Opening dates non-contractual and subject to weather conditions - Free WiFi available (fibre optics) - The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided. - Pets are allowed free of charge in the accommodation (only one pet will be accepted) - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use. - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception.

Belles vacances dans cette maison( avec piscine) joliment aménagée dans un petit village tranquille Manque peut être juste la climatisation....Merci a Arnaud pour son accueil Un petit bemol sur la ste de menage (qls toiles d'araignées et des vitres un peu sales )mais sinon je recommande vivement

Wonderfull place with a great view. Very peaceful and spacious, close to many attractions. The host is really nice and gave us local recommendations.
