Located in the popular seaside town of Scarborough, The Townhouse @ Scarborough is a spacious family-friendly property located within walking distance of all that the North Yorkshire town has to offer.
Sleeping up to ten guests across five bedrooms, The Townhouse @ Scarborough has everything you need to enjoy a luxurious self-catering stay with your loved ones.
What’s more, dogs are also welcome! Guests have access to the full property. The keys to The Townhouse are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Pay & display parking is available in Scarborough. Pets: Allowed.

For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. With grey cabinets and light wooden work surfaces, this is a stylish space within the property. To the rear of the kitchen is where you’ll find a play room which is what makes The Townhouse @ Scarborough the perfect location for family retreats.
With a flat-screen TV, PlayStation 4, as well as books, your little ones are guaranteed to be kept entertained during their stay.
There is also a separate WC available in this room. On a warmer day, head outside and relax on the terrace which has seating available. Three bedrooms can be found on the first floor, and another two on the second floor.
On the first floor, you’ll find three double rooms, one of which is an en-suite with a shower, WC and wash basin.
There is also a family bathroom on the first floor. The second floor bedrooms are both twins.
All beds at The Townhouse @ Scarborough are made up with plush bedding and premium bed linens to ensure that all guests have a great night’s sleep during their stay.

So the house is great . The agent who rents out the house is very responsive.. the beds bathrooms kitchen was clean . Now our issue we had 6 children and it was FREEZING the owners had control of the heating the temperature outside was freezing this is an old house so as soon as the heating went off...
