Skippers Rest is a one bedroom apartment located right outside the Scarborough cricket ground.
Perfect for those looking to explore the North Yorkshire coastline or national park.
The apartment features an open plan living and kitchen area, kingsize bedroom and private bathroom.
Perfect for a couples getaway by the sea, a solo traveller looking for some ‘me time or a weekend with your little one. Guests have access to the full property.
The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. Please let us know if you are travelling with an infant and require a travel cot. Pets: Allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.

Additional rules: Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during bookings.
For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Packed with seaside charm, you’ll find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes to discover as well as arcades and ice cream parlours. There are a number of beaches for you to choose from.
The popular South Bay is a suntrap and is close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre.
North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning it’s one of the best beaches in Europe! Cayton Bay is the quietest of the three and boasts a sweeping bay with a rural feel.
Lastly Cornelian Bay is the most remote and the hardest to get to but it’s a hidden gem and often empty. Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family.
Head to the Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000 year history.
If it’s outdoor fun you’re looking for, the Open Air Theatre is a short 20 minute walk from North Marine House, where you can see amazing bands, singers and comedians.
There is also the Sky Trail Adventure, Peasholm Park and a great water park, suitable for all ages a few minutes’ drive away.

Well equipped and clean within a short walk of the sea front, and the city centre maybe just a few hanging points for your jackets to hang…

Good location but not for car parking.Didnt realise it was on the top floor (my mistake) my back certainly didnt thank me.Cleanliness the rug was dirty and underer the sink was very dirty.Only one glass.But brilliant view of the pitch and near enough to town and the outside theatre.

Everything was spot on with the apartment apart from the smell in the shower room glad we only had to shower in there Apart from that it’s excellent
