This stylish apartment is located in a quiet area of Scarborough.
The large windows allow light to flood the high-ceiling rooms and the neutral decor brings a real sense of calm to the apartment.
Sleeping up to four guests across two bedrooms you can enjoy a peaceful, couples getaway or family break by the sea. Only a short walk from the south cliff, you can explore the Scarborough coastline within minutes. Guests have access to the full property.
The keys to the property are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date. There is free parking on-street outside the property.
The parking spaces are available on a first come first served basis. South Cliff Apartment welcomes one well behaved dog. Pets: Allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
Events: Not allowed.

For this reason, we require all of our guests to transfer a £250.00 Damage Deposit (subject to a £10.00 administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver for £25.00 which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay. Weâre always available for our guests so please donât hesitate to get in touch. The apartment is amongst the treasures of South Cliff, including the Italian Gardens with their formal terraces, shelters and lily pond.
The apartment is also within easy reach of all of the attractions.
Not forgetting the seaside charm of the town, youâll find plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafes to discover in Scarborough, as well as arcades and ice cream parlours. There are a number of beaches for you to choose from.
The popular South Bay is a sun trap and close to the hustle and bustle of the town centre.
North Bay has been accredited with Blue Flag status meaning itâs one of the best beaches in Europe! Ideal for all weathers, there are lots of indoor attractions in Scarborough for the whole family.
Head to Sea Life Sanctuary to see seals, penguins, sharks, turtles and more, or Scarborough Castle to explore its 3000 year history.
