The Cocoonr agency offers this charming air-conditioned apartment with shared pool for rent in Saint-Raphaël.

Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower).
Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included.

The apartment is laid out as follows: - A 25 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed, etc. - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (160×190) - Bedroom 2: with two single beds that can be pushed together - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.
Outside: - A shared unheated swimming pool, open from April to October - A private 13 m² terrace to enjoy sunny days The apartment is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot.
For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station: Saint-Raphaël train station, about 10 minutes by car - Nearest airport: Cannes-Mandelieu International Airport, about 40 minutes by car Other comments: - Free Wi-Fi available (fiber optic) - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Sheets and towels included. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
