The Cocoonr agency offers this charming air-conditioned apartment with shared pool for rent in Saint-Raphaël. It has a surface area of 56 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

Located on the 1st floor (with elevator), it consists of a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, two beautiful bedrooms, and a bathroom (with shower). Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included.

We are waiting for you! You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the apartment's private parking lot. Appart TB. Seul bemol: une table et des tabourets hauts. Dommage qu’il n’y ai pas de chaise enfant (peut etre a prevoir) car un enfant de moins de 6 ans ne peut pas manger sereinement.

Apparement très joli et calme La résidence vient d’être construite. Place de parking privative Équipé de la fibre et du wifi et d’une tv neuve Les équipements fonctionnent tous À préciser que le lit fait 160 et non 140 on a du acheter un drap plus grand . Un deuxième jeu de clef serait bien pratique car sinon il faut rester tous ensemble ! On y était à 2 adultes et un enfant

Logement prévu pour 4 personnes et non 6. Une chambre avec un lit de 140x190 et une chambre avec deux petits lits prévus pour des enfants (lit très bas, matelas de moyenne qualité, grincements ++).
