Stable Cottage is a wonderful, single-storey barn conversion situated on the outskirts of popular Burley, Hampshire, within the pretty New Forest National Park.

This detached cottage features a toasty woodburning stove, ground-floor living, and EV charging, making it an ideal haven for families or groups of friends seeking a countryside escape in Hampshire.

Inside, you will be charmed by three lovely bedrooms; a king-size room boasting an elegant freestanding bath, a snug double, and a versatile twin room, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for all. The property also benefits from a stylish shower room, equipped with a walk-in shower, providing a refreshing space to prepare for your day. The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, where you can gather with your loved ones.

The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials you need to whip up hearty meals, which can be enjoyed around the large dining table.

After a feast, retire to the sitting area, where you can sink into the inviting seating and enjoy a film on the TV, all while being warmed by the centrepiece of the room—a beautiful, crackling woodburning stove.

A cloakroom with a basin and WC adds a convenient touch to this delightful dwelling.

Stable Cottage, a single-storey barn conversion, consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with double oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and wine chiller, a dining area with dining table, a sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with freestanding bath, Cosy King, and twin, serviced by a shower room and cloakroom. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a multi-level rear terrace with gravel, firepit, barbecue, and bike storage, plus ample private, off-road parking and EV charging available. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Your journey to Hampshire is guaranteed to be one to remember with a stay at Stable Cottage. Great accommodation, within walking distance of village and local pubs (although very dark at night, and no footpaths!). Very quiet and a lovely fire to make the evenings cosy.

A real gem of a property. The light and airy living space is both homely and comfortable. A pleasure to return to after a day exploring the areas nearby. The kitchen is well equipped but if you don’t fancy cooking there is an excellent pub within a 10 minute walk away that serves a good choice of well cooked food. We would definitely return.

A stunning stay at stable cottage, fantastic scenic location within easy reach of beautiful walks in the forest. The property is immaculate and beatifully furnished with really unique outdoor space for use of the fire pit and barbeque. Cannot reccommend this place enough, a true gem in the heart of the new forest.
