12A Lake Escape consists of an open-plan kitchen/living/diner with gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, with dining seating for four people, and sitting area with TV and electric fire, and a utility with washing machine. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with TV and en-suite bathroom, double with TV, and a single with TV, along with a wet room. Outside, there is wraparound decking and patio with furniture, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You’ll find a shop in 1.8 miles, pub in 1.9 miles, lake in 0.1 miles, and river in 1.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. 12A Lake Escape is a delightful base for a Lancashire escape. Note: Property is wheelchair accessible.

The lodge was just perfect and had everything we needed to make our stay so great as well as things for our dogs loved watching the ducks on the mini lake it was just a peaceful and relaxing place I loved it and would go back again

Had a great holiday stay in the chalet. It was situated right next to the lake, which was perfect. Rooms were perfect. Settee was extremely comfortable, too comfortable

Gorgeously decorated, spacious lodge that met all of our party needs and more! Plenty of room for our party of 5 and 2 dogs. Highlight was the beautiful decking and outdoor areas, where we enjoyed watching the swans swim by and having drinks around the fire pit table in the evening. Only thing to me...
