Located in the picturesque French village of Pinet, Villa Picpoul is a delightful 4 bedroom villa offering classic and spacious interiors and a lovely pool. There’s a bakery and a pizza restaurant in the village less than 5 minutes’ stroll from the villa, and endless and varied excursions await within a short drive. It's just a 15 minute drive from the popular town of Pézenas, with its wonderful market and abundance of cafes, and a mere 20 minutes from the seaside resorts of Cap d’Agde and Sète. The Pinet region is famous for its white and the village is consequently surrounded by vineyards and there are 3 Wineries/Domaines selling their wines all within a 10 minute walk from the villa. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.

The Pinet region is renowned for its white wines, and the village is surrounded by picturesque vineyards.
