Villa Allegra is a spacious vacation home for 8 with private pool and panoramic views in Gaucin, Costa del Sol, Spain.
This unique gem of a vacation villa is hidden among the beautiful rolling hills of Andalusia.
This vacation home with private pool in the Costa del Sol is located on a gigantic private estate with 43 hectares of avocado trees.
Not only the gigantic and authentic double door at the entrance is impressive.
Also inside you will get a guaranteed "wow-feeling".
The vacation home has been beautifully and sustainably decorated while retaining its character.
Thus the beautiful traditional elements such as wooden beams and authentic terracotta tiles were preserved during the renovations.
In addition to the spacious dining area and large bright living room with fireplace, you will enjoy a huge open kitchen, with 2 ovens, 2 refrigerators and 2 microwave ovens.
This vacation home also has the largest kitchen island in our range.
From the kitchen you have direct access to the spacious open and covered terraces.
The master bedroom is located on the second floor and enjoys a private living room, ensuite shower room and romantic balcony overlooking the valley.
From the covered terrace with hip lounge set you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding hills and greenery of Andalusia.
Undisturbed nature without another house or street in sight.
If you look closely, you can sometimes see a beautiful black horse or friendly donkey grazing on the hillside who live in the valley.
The terraces also give out onto the lower private pool.
The private pool (10mx5m, 1.5 tit 2m depth) is naturally filtered with salt, and invites you to take a beneficial dip.
You will enjoy complete privacy for swimming and sunbathing.
