This bright and spacious 1 bedroom apartment sits in a contemporary development just a short distance from central Manchester.
The interior is stylishly finished, with elegant furnishings and all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay for up to 4 guests (using the sofa bed). You’ll also have free Wi-Fi, along with fresh towels, linens, and essential supplies provided for your visit. Guests have sole access to the property. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay.
Just bear in mind that it is kitted for up to 4 people. There is a sofa bed for up to 2 guests in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 or 4 guests when booking). Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is a £50 fee. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is a £75 fee. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information. Pets: Not allowed.
Smoking: Not allowed.
