Thoughtfully designed with contemporary furnishings and appliances, it offers plenty of space for up to 2 guests to relax and enjoy a true home-from-home experience.
Perfectly located just a short stroll from the city’s shops, restaurants, and bars, it provides the ideal base for your stay in Preston. Guests have sole access to the property. Hairdryer, hoover, iron and ironing board are available. Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in. If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable. Late check-in fees: · For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50. · For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75. For security reasons: · We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one. · No 3rd party bookings.
If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information Pets: Not allowed.
