Each spacious en-suite room sleeps two and is equipped with its own bathroom, free Wi-Fi and desk space. Guests can also access the communal kitchen (please be aware this is not fully equipped, and should only be used to store food and prepare basic meals). A perfect pad for explorers who want to make the most of the city and surrounding areas, whilst returning to a comfortable base at the end of the day!

We manage a number of en-suites in this building, the unit presented represents our typical en-suite room, however this layout may differ slightly. *Please be aware that en-suite rooms do not have access to the kitchen as standard. Any guests found to be entering the kitchens or using the facilities will be subject to a £60 fine*. Check in is between 3.00pm and 8.00pm Check out is at 10.00am Please note that these times are not flexible.

Guests have sole access to their own private en-suite room. Guests are not permitted to bring visitors into the building.

There are regular busses taking you into the city within 10 minutes, and Hull Paragon Interchange Train Station is just 25 minutes walk or a short bus/taxi ride away. Hull can be easily navigated on foot, and you will find everything you need within easy reach from the property.
