Maison agréable, bien que circulation automobile importante dans cette zone. Tout confort, logement fonctionnel.Petit bémol concernant le ménage soit-disant fait par le locataire précédent. Il s'agirait de bien vérifier avant de relouer afin de fournir un logement absolument propre.

Très bonne Semaine passée à Granville dans ce logement entièrement rénové et équipé.Le logement est spacieux, propre, situé à proximité de tous les commerces, à 10 min à pieds de la gare et quelques minutes supplémentaires du centre ville et de la mer.Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et disponibles.Nous recommandons sans hésiter!

Le gîtes est neuf, et les propriétaires ont investis pour refaire ce batiment. le duplex est agréable une petite cours et toutes les commodités pour se sentir bienun seul point négatif la rue est très passantes
