This 135 m² villa has been designed for convivial holidays, placing shared moments facing the Mediterranean at the heart of the experience. The spacious 60 m² living room is bright and air-conditioned, with breathtaking views over the sea and the pool. It is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals with ease. A shower room with WC is also located on this level.
The sleeping area, mainly located on the lower level, accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 separate bedrooms (non air-conditioned), ensuring everyone can enjoy a restful stay.
Bedroom 1: 180 cm double bed, dressing room, shower room, and separate WC.
Bedroom 2: one 160 cm bunk bed, one sofa bed (extra sleeping option for a child).
Independent Bedroom 3: one 160 cm bunk bed, one sofa bed (extra sleeping option), access exclusively via the terrace.
The villa offers generous outdoor spaces across a one-hectare property. The large private swimming pool (11.5 x 6 m) is the heart of summer living, complete with sun loungers and outdoor lounge furniture for relaxation. You will also find a dining table and a barbecue for sunny dinners, as well as a pétanque court for convivial games.
You benefit from a garage and numerous parking spaces. The property is located just 3 km from the centre of Vence, in a green and peaceful environment.
