Location: 7 minutes walk to the lake. Near rehab clinics and Prienavera adventure pool. Facilities: modern furnished vacation apartment, elevator, 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, separate kitchen with large dishwasher, bathroom with bathtub, shower cabin and toilet. Southwest balcony. Digital TV, CD and Blu-ray player, free WLAN Special features: Car underground garage and outdoor parking space, bicycle storage in the TG, cellar compartment. Incl. bed linen and towels, washing machine and dryer (fee required), non-smokers, no pets, suitable for allergy sufferers. Withdrawal from the contract The AGB's sent by the landlord after booking must be signed and returned directly to the landlord. Otherwise the landlord reserves the right to refuse the booking. In case of non-compliance with the rental contract or withdrawal from the contract by the tenant or in case of non-appearance of the tenant, the tenant is liable for up to 90% of the resulting loss of rent. If a substitute renter is found for the rental period, the rent will be credited against the loss of rent, less a handling fee. Tiere dürfen vom Mieter grundsätzlich nicht mitgebracht oder gehalten werden.
In der Wohnung, auf dem Balkon und im gesamten Haus gilt ein absolutes Rauchverbot.
Der Mieter verpflichtet sich die Wohnung sowie das Inventar mit größter Sorgfalt zu behandeln und alle während der Mietzeit entstandenen Schäden sofort zu melden und wenn möglich diese zu ersetzen. Die Meldepflicht gilt für alle verursachten Schäden im oder im Haus bzw. am Haus. Sollte mit der Beseitigung eingetretener Schäden ein Mietausfall verbunden sein, so haftet der Mieter gegenüber dem Vermieter auch für weitergehende Schäden.
Mängel hat der Mieter unverzüglich dem Vermieter zu melden, damit dieser die Mängel in einer angemessenen Frist beseitigen kann. Bei Mietende übergibt der Mieter das Objekt in einem einwandfreien Zustand.
Ein Verstoß gegen die Mietbedingungen des Mietvertrages kann zur sofortigen Beendigung des Mietverhältnisses führen.

The underground parking space is marked with the number "1". No objects may be left in the underground garage or in the staircase. Please fill out the registration form completely. You can hand in the yellow registration form at the Tourist Info in Prien or put it in the mailbox. On the day of departure the apartment must be vacated by 10:00. Mrs. Beriashvili will be on site to return the keys. The residual waste bin is located below the sink. A trash can for residual waste is located in the underground garage marked "Schütz". (Paper, newspapers, cardboard or glass must not be added to the residual waste). Please dispose of them e.g.: in the public parking lot behind the building at Seestraße 29. Or at the recycling yard at the end of town in the direction of the highway on the right side just before the McDonald. Washing machine and a dryer available. Payment in cash before departure. Fee washing machine per wash: 4.- Euro. / Fee dryer per drying cycle 4.- Euro.
