Bridge Barn is a wonderful, three-storey barn conversion tucked away in the rural outskirts of Sidestrand near Overstrand in Norfolk.

The ground floor is home to three bedrooms; a king bedroom which boasts an en-suite walk-in shower, a twin bedroom which features access to a shared courtyard, and a small double bedroom.

Venture up the lovely staircase to the first-floor open-plan living space, where you will discover a beautifully-appointed kitchen, a dining area for family meals, and a welcoming sitting area featuring a large corner sofa and a soothing woodburning stove.

Step through the glass doors and onto the large balcony that overlooks the picturesque countryside, offering a serene spot to relax and enjoy the fresh coastal air, maybe with a refreshing drink in hand! For those seeking additional entertainment, climb the stairs up to the second-floor mezzanine snug, where you will find a selection of games and a TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the stunning surroundings of Norfolk, with a PlayStation 4 and games available on the mezzanine floor.

If you can pull yourself away from the comforts of Bridge Barn, the nearby seaside village of Mundesley awaits with its sandy shores, ideal for sun-soaked days at Mundesley Beach or a round of golf at Mundesley Golf Club Ltd. The property was extremely well fitted for guests with good quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. Property was fully described in all the literature and ideally suited the pair of us.

Very comfortable and well equipped. Ideally situated location - easy access to beaches and North Norfolk. Directions to property and key access all straightforward. Parking was a bit tight for two vehicles.

We felt at home straight away. A welcome pack including bacon, sausages, eggs and bread and butter, milk, shortbreads were a generous inclusion. And a jar of celebrations!
