Cocoonr/Book&Pay offers this 140 m² air-conditioned house in Montfrin for rent, which can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a 50 m² living room, fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower and bath) and a garden of around 800 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- On entering, a large, bright 50 m² living room awaits you, perfect for relaxing and sharing convivial moments with TV and a double sofa bed.
- A cosy 15 m² dining area opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- The ground floor also has a shower room with shower and washbasin, a separate WC and a bedroom with a double bed (140×190). A study room is also available.
Upstairs, you will find :
- A bedroom with a double bed (140×190).
- A second bedroom with two separate beds, adjustable at the head and foot for personalised comfort.
- A bathroom with bath, washbasin and toilet.
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- The 800 m² private, fully enclosed garden is the perfect place to relax. There are garden furniture and sun loungers, ideal for enjoying the outdoors in peace and quiet.
- The terrace, located in front of the kitchen, has pleasant lighting for outdoor dining, even at night. It is overhung by rolls of rice straw, providing pleasant shade. There is a table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The house is located outside the village, in a peaceful setting, with no adjacent dwellings and distant neighbours. The area is quiet and ideal for relaxing, day or night. It is close to the Beaucaire-Remoulin greenway, at the crossroads of several towns: Nîmes, Avignon, Remoulin (Pont du Gard), Beaucaire and Tarascon. 60-70 km from Saintes-Maries-de-la-Mer and La Grande-Motte, the property is in the middle of the countryside, requiring a vehicle. The village, accessible by bike, offers an Intermarché, a greengrocer, a Tuesday morning market, as well as shops such as a tobacconist, bars, a bakery, a chemist and a hairdresser.
Montfrin, situated on the River Gardon, also offers some lovely walks along the water.
Nearby events:
- In July, the famous Avignon Festival
- At Whitsuntide, the Nîmes Féria.
- Throughout the summer, events at the Pont du Gard and various village fêtes.
Public transport :
Covered parking is available for one vehicle (except 4x4). You can also park your vehicle inside the property, away from the outside world.
