Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent in Saint-Malo, with sea views from the balcony, just 100 metres from Rochebonne beach.
It measures 45 m² and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
Situated on the 2nd floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 28 m² living area, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels); your bed will be made up on arrival. The accommodation is laid out as follows: - A 28 m² living room with a double sofa bed - A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob and Nespresso coffee machine. - A bedroom with a double bed (140×190) - A bathroom with a shower - A separate toilet For even greater comfort, the following additional facilities are available: washing machine, cot, iron and ironing board. The flat is ideally situated in the Rochebonne neighbourhood in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the Paramé market every Wednesday and Saturday morning. Transport: - By car, you can park for free on the street nearby. - Bus: Line 4, ‘Rochebonne’ stop – Line 6, ‘Kennedy’ stop - Nearest railway station: 4.5 km - Nearest airport: Rennes, 80 km Other details: - Wi-Fi (fibre optic) included - Bed linen and towels included - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation - Non-smoking accommodation - Balcony with a glimpse of the sea.
