Victoria Cottage (4 East Green) consists of a kitchen with electric oven and grill, induction hob, microwave, fridge with icebox, dishwasher, washing machine, wine fridge, coffee machine, a dining room with seating for five guests and a sitting room with woodburning stove and a Smart TV. The bedrooms consists of a king-size with en-suite WC, a single, and a double pull-out bed, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is patio with furniture and unallocated roadside parking. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1, a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved dogs welcome downstairs. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Victoria Cottage (4 East Green) a lovely base for families in Suffolk. Charming cottage in a central Southwold location. Ideal for beach access and shops, hostellries to try the Adnams! We loved the space the cottage offered, compact but perfect for our party of three,and the secure garden for the dogs. We will return!

We had a lovely stay at Victoria Cottage, it had everything we needed for our short break,the beds were really comfortable as was the pillows. There is a great selection of board games. The property was spotless. Our only negative was the sofas , very uncomfortable (sorry) but it wouldn’t put us off coming back in the summer. A fantastic property

Victoria cottage was truly perfect. From the decorations for Christmas and the communication with the owners. Everything was perfect and we had a wonderful Christmas break. So close to all amenities yet never noisy. Having the beach so close was amazing.
