This cozy vacation home accommodates up to 4 guests, nestled in a quiet street near Vordingborg, featuring a beautiful garden, terrace, and access to local attractions like the beach and nature center.
This cozy vacation home welcomes guests to enjoy a comfortable stay.
Upon entering, the spacious entrance area offers a place to hang coats and put on shoes, leading directly into the nicely furnished living room equipped with streaming TV, a seating area, a dining space, and a wood stove for colder days.
The compact kitchen features four ceramic cooking plates, an oven, a large refrigerator with a small freezer, a kettle, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. There are two bedrooms, each with a bunk bed suitable for one person on top and a double bed (140 cm wide) below, accommodating up to three persons per room.
The well-utilized bathroom includes a toilet, shower, and sink.
A utility room is equipped with a washing machine.
The home is also fitted with an energy-saving heat pump. The vacation home features a charming exterior area designed for relaxation and socializing.
Guests can enjoy a well-maintained, partially enclosed garden that surrounds the property, complete with a beautiful terrace adorned with stone tiles.
Comfortable seating options, including a stand-up table, bar stools, and a sofa, provide the perfect setting to unwind with a coffee or drink while enjoying the company of others.
The outdoor space invites leisurely moments in the sun and is just a short stroll from the water's edge, offering picturesque views.
This communal area is ideal for mingling with fellow guests. Please note that the total price does not include any possible tourist tax. This is to be paid on site. To make your stay and departure as easy and comfortable as possible, you pay a deposit before your arrival.
