Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 200 m² house with sea view in Carnac, close to the beach, which can accommodate up to 10 travelers.
It features a 90 m² living room (with fireplace), fully equipped kitchen, five bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower) and a 3,700 m² garden.
Housekeeping is included in the rental price and 4* hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels).
Your bed will be made up on arrival.
The accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground floor: - A 90 m² living room with TV and fireplace (wood not provided) - A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. - A master bedroom with a queen-size bed + bathroom with shower and separate toilet - A laundry room - A separate toilet Upstairs: - A bedroom with a double bed (140x190) + en-suite bathroom - One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) + en-suite bathroom - One bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) - One bedroom with pull-out beds (2 single beds) - One bathroom with shower - One separate toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Exterior: - A beautiful 3,700 m² fully fenced garden + terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather - Private access to the river from a pontoon.
The house is ideally located in Carnac, in a very pleasant environment.
You'll benefit from close proximity to all essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private parking lot.
For other modes of transport, here's some information you may find useful: - Nearest train station: Auray train station 13 km away (20 min by car) Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free WiFi available (network coverage may be irregular). - The fireplace is functional, but wood is not provided. - Pets are not allowed in the accommodation On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr team, the agency specializing in “ready-to-live-in” rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it.

Grande maison très agréable dans laquelle on se sent très bien tout de suite. Elle est très bien équipée pour tout ce qui concerne les repas, la cuisine. La literie est de grande qualité.Je recommande. Seul petit hic, l'heure de sortie : 10 h c'est un peu tôt.
