The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency is offering this charming house for rent in the town of Moëlan-sur-Mer, close to the beach.
It has a floor area of 148 m² and can accommodate up to 6 guests.
It comprises a lovely 26 m² living room, a fully fitted open-plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a garden of around 400 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you! The property is laid out as follows: On the ground floor: - A 26 m² living room with a TV, sofa and armchairs - Dining area and fitted kitchen, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob… - Bedroom 1: master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and en-suite bathroom (with shower) - Separate toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200) - Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (90 x 190) - A relaxation and reading room with a sofa and plenty of books available - A bathroom with a bath and double washbasin, and a toilet For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: barbecue, washing machine, plancha, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. Outdoors: - A lovely 400 m² garden and an enclosed courtyard - An 80 m² west-facing tiled terrace with furniture to enjoy sunny days The house is ideally situated in Moëlan-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant setting.
You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market... Activities: - Beaches, sailing, hiking and horse riding await you nearby. - Within 10 km: discover the charming villages of Pont-Aven and Riec-sur-Bélon, the beaches of Le Pouldu, the historic town of Quimperlé and the Clohars State Forest. - Less than 30 km away: explore the unmissable towns of Lorient, Concarneau and Quimper, rich in heritage and entertainment. Transport: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park, which can accommodate up to 3 vehicles in a secure, lockable courtyard.
Please note that parking, even temporarily, is strictly prohibited in the alleyway leading to the courtyard.
Free municipal car park 50 metres from the house. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful: - Quimperlé railway station, approximately 16 km away - Lorient Bretagne Sud Airport, approximately 28 km away Further notes: - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests.
